How fast is shipping?
Standard shipping is $4.99 and arrives in 2–6 business days (up to 10 depending on location). Express is $15 (1–3 business days) and Premium is $35 (1 business day). Orders placed by 2:00 p.m. MT ship the same business day.
What if something isn't right?
Nu Skin offers a 100% refund on items returned within 30 days of purchase. If you bought through Naples Glow Studio, contact support@naplesglowstudio.com and we help personally with every return — you won't be sent to a call center queue alone.
How do subscriptions (ADR) work?
Choose subscription at checkout on Nu Skin for the products that offer it. You'll earn product points worth 20% of order volume in months 1–6 and 30% from month 7, redeemable for free product. Subscription orders $100+ ship free; otherwise $2.99. Pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account.

About the Studio
A Naples studio, a coastal standard.
Naples Glow Studio is an independent Brand Affiliate studio in Naples, Florida. We started this custom storefront because the standard template didn't explain enough: which product does what, what things really cost on subscription, and who to ask when you need help.
Our refreshed identity keeps what was right about the original — gold serif, palm frond and sunburst, warm cream — and sharpens it with deep palm green for contrast and readability, on the web and on social.
